This is a Stunning Antique / Vintage 14K Gold Cameo Pendant Necklace.
The pendant necklace is an estate piece and we do not know the age specifically.
This
beautiful pendant is a substantial piece. The total weight of the piece including the gold pendant, cameo, and gold chain is 10.4 grams as seen on a photo in the lower photo group showing the weight on a jeweler's scale (the cameo was a bit washed out by the photo flash in that photo). The photos are closeups.  The size relative to a US dime is shown in one of the lower photos, below the description.
The cameo is beautifully carved and nicely detailed.  The top photo shows the cameo lit from the front and one of the lower photos shows it lit from behind.
The ornate curved gold pendant complements the cameo perfectly.  The overall maximum dimensions of the pendant are about 2" wide x 1 9/16" tall.  The gold cylindrical gold frame from which the pendant is made is 1/16" in diameter.  The pendant is on an 18" gold chain that is about 1 MM links.  I do not know the proper name for this link.  Each oval link is the same size with adjacent links at right angles to each other.  The chain is fairly light weight; most of the weight of the piece is in the cameo pendant.
The pendant is not marked with either the gold purity nor a maker's mark.  I acid tested the pendant for 10K, 14K, and 18K, and confirmed that it is 14K gold.  We will 100% guarantee your satisfaction that the pendant is 14K gold.  The clasp on the chain is marked "14K".  As a further precaution since the pendant was not marked, I tested the clasp as well to confirm it is 14K gold.  I did not test the links on the chain due to their relatively small size.
