Heartland ElkRidge RV. Condition is "Used".  2010 5th wheel w/3 slide outs.  All slide outs work great all have awnings over each + large awning over door.  34" long.  Very Clean non smoker.  About 6000 miles on tires.  Brand new Queen size mattress.  TV, DVD, CD player and radio speakers in living room and bedroom. No generator.  Table 4 chairs.  No couch but, it has room for one. Has 2 recliners.  Sleeps 2.  Gas and electric heat, stove, hot water heater and refrigerator. Outside vent for stove.  Has 1 AC unit works good.  No washer/dryer but does have hookups. Extra storage under bed.  Window shades all work they are up for the pictures to let in sun light.  Roof is in good shape no leaks. Built in desk/office area. Just come back from a 800 mile trip. Very road worthy.  5th wheel that mounts on the bed of your truck is included and in good shape. Reason for selling, I am getting older and I don't want to it pull anymore.
