This is an unused Furnas 3 pole control relay with convertible contacts. The relay body has space for 4 poles but there are only three contacts included. The individual contacts can be installed in two orientations whether normally open or normally closed is required. This item is an unused takeout, meaning it was removed from a machine that was never put into production.
