Beautiful 14K Gold Cross with Religious Icon

Beautiful 14K Gold Cross with a Religious Icon set in the center of the cross. I have no idea if it is a genuine Icon. It looks like a piece of wood set in acyrlic or resin to me. The resin makes it difficult to see the Icon. A neat piece regardless. This was produced by Michael Anthony so maybe someone will know if it is genuine. The cross is engraved in the back with a saying. It says: Seal my soul as your own, That your reflection in me may be a light for all to see, Amen. I will include a close up picture. It is marked MA and 14K on the bail. The cross is about 1 5/8 by 1 3/16 inches. The chain isn't included. I never clean or polish vintage jewelry. I specialize in selling Estate Jewelry, so nothing I sell is brand new.
