The 253FBS is well suited for couples but can accommodate families with sleeping for 4. It has plenty of storage including a large pantry and huge wardrobe! If you are an Iowa resident, we collect tax, title and registration fees for the State of Iowa. If you will be registering in any other state, you will be responsible for your state's tax, title and registration fees. We NEVER require any other purchases or upgrades to qualify for our low prices nor do we require you to finance your purchase with us.

Do you ship RVs?
We can arrange delivery, the current transport rate is .95 per loaded mile (one way) for delivery to the contiguous United States. This rate is subject to change at any time as fuel prices fluctuate. If the rate does change, We will make our best effort to update the rate in a timely manner. You may estimate transportation costs by using an online mapping service, we are located in Walcott, Iowa. You might also check uship.com. It has become very difficult to transport into Canada due to broker requirements, if you would be interested in a rendezvous on the U.S. side of the border, we will provide the required bill of sale, no-recall letter and certificate of origin for Canadian import. Please contact us for our current transport schedule before buying or bidding.
Can you provide us with a hitch?
A standard fifth wheel hitch for a long bed is 0. A slider hitch for a 6.5' bed is 0, that includes installation at our location. Add 0 if you need a brake controller. We use Reese Pro hitch components. *
Additional brackets and hardware may be needed for some trucks.

Yes, all of our RVs are fully prepped including full L.P. tanks, RV battery and sewer hose where applicable. All equipment is checked for proper functionality. We also offer a full complimentary orientation at our location.
